As a departing member of Congress our office no longer offers tour coordination services. Please read the Washington D.C. Tours self-service guide below and contact Washington’s U.S. Senators with any questions.

U.S. CAPITOL TOURS 

Tours of the U.S. Capitol are available Monday-Friday from 9am- 3pm (excluding federal holidays). To book a tour of the Capitol please click here to create an account and schedule your visit. 

SUPREME COURT  

The Supreme Court does not offer guided walking tours, visitors are encouraged to tour public portions of the building on a self-guided basis and take advantage of a variety of educational programs, including Courtroom Lectures and court-related Exhibitions

LIBRARY OF CONGRESS  
Passes are offered every Tuesday from 10am-7pm and Wednesday-Saturday, 10:00am – 3:00pm, in 15-minute increments.  Tours of the Library of Congress do fill up quickly, to reserve your tickets, visit https://loc.usedirect.com/LOC/

STATE DEPARMENT 

Public tours are currently suspended due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Please explore the Diplomatic Reception Rooms Virtual Tour and other online resources and check our website and social media for updates. 

 

KENNEDY CENTER          

Kennedy Center Tour Hours. The Tours are walk-in only and begin about every 10 minutes. 

Mon. - Fri. 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

Sat. & Sun. 10:00 a.m.– 1:00 p.m.  

The Kennedy Center is located at 2700 F St NW, Washington, DC 20566. 

 

NATIONAL ARCHIVES      
The National Archives building is open from 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM daily (doors close to the public at 5:00 PM) except for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Reservations are not required; however, during the busy tourist season (March through Labor Day) reservations are recommended. There is no fee to visit the National Archives. The service charge for online reservations is $1.00 per person; admission to all the National Archives Museum exhibits is free. BUREAU OF ENGRAVING AND PRINTING 

Due to the pandemic and BEP’s critical function of producing U.S. currency and meeting the current high demand for cash, the BEP remains closed to visitors. Tour reservations are not being accepted at this time, and a date has not been determined for when tours might resume. Congressional offices will be notified, and our website will be updated in advance of a change in status.
