U.S. Congresswoman Herrera Beutler

I'm encouraged that, as of September, we've been able to save more than one million dollars for residents so far this year. That means a lot to folks, especially those who are struggling to make ends meet due to the COVID pandemic.

Whether it's helping a veteran who's been given the run around by the VA, or assisting a senior citizen who hasn't received their unemployment benefits or economic impact payments during the COVID-crisis - I'm here to help.

You can call my office at (360) 695-6292 or send me a direct message HERE.

I worked in Congress to successfully secure a $5.8 million federal transportation grant for the Pioneer Street Extension Project in Ridgefield that will help bring more good-paying jobs to our area, and make sure there is reliable access to Clark College's new campus.

Ridgefield is one of our state's fastest growing cities and we need infrastructure to match this growth and allow more employment opportunities to come here, too.

Combating Youth
Substance Abuse in
Southwest Washington

The impacts of substance use are felt far and wide in our communities, which is why I was pleased to receive the news that four different grants totaling $500,000 are being awarded to Southwest Washington school districts and youth advocacy programs to stem substance use among kids. Strengthening these federal programs has been one of my top tasks in Congress.

Assisting Southwest Washington Residents
"After waiting 4 long months with no communication, and no way to find out what was going with my unemployment claim, I was starting to get desperate. I reached out to Jaime Herrera Beutler's team. Within 24 hours, I had a response. It was such a relief to actually talk to a person and know that the ball was finally rolling. They were able to get results from UI within 2 weeks. Finally, I can pay my rent. Thanks Jaime Herrera Beutler!"- Molly Flynn, Raymond
