Congresswoman Jaime Herrera Beutler announced today she will be hosting her ninth annual Southwest Washington Jobs Fair on Tuesday, August 27. The jobs fair will be held at Warehouse ‘23 in Vancouver. She will also offer a job-hunting workshop on Wednesday, August 21 at the Vancouver Community Library.

Congresswoman Jaime Herrera Beutler announced today she will be hosting her ninth annual Southwest Washington Jobs Fair on Tuesday, August 27. The jobs fair will be held at Warehouse ‘23 in Vancouver. She will also offer a job-hunting workshop on Wednesday, August 21 at the Vancouver Community Library.

Similar to previous jobs fairs, this free event will be open to all Southwest Washington residents and will include employers from a variety of industries. A list of employers and open positions is now available on Herrera Beutler’s website, which will be updated as additional employers sign up to participate.

“Everywhere I go, I talk to employers who are hiring; it’s a great time to be seeking a new or better-paying job in Southwest Washington,” Herrera Beutler said. “I’m looking forward to hosting another jobs fair and job-hunting workshop this year and expect more great connections will be made.”

Southwest Washington Job-Hunting Workshop

Date and Time: Wednesday, August 21 • 1:30 – 3:00pm

Location: Vancouver Community Library, 901 C Street, Vancouver, WA

The workshop will offer a panel of experts with job-seeking and resume-writing advice. There is no need for job hunters to RSVP.


Southwest Washington Jobs Fair

Date and Time: Tuesday, August 27 • 9:00 – 11:30am

Location: Warehouse ’23, 100 Columbia Street #102, Vancouver, WA
